Woman of the Year
2005
Congratulations to Celia Elkins on her selection as our chapter
Woman of the Year for 2005.
Celia was recognized in February for her business achievements,
community service
and her dedication to fulfilling the mission statement of the American
Business Women’s Association. She will also be recognized at
the Houston Area Council of ABWA Woman of the Year Luncheon on May
21 and at the Federation of Houston Professional Women gala on September
10 as our chapter’s Woman of Excellence and again at the ABWA
National Convention in Grapevine, Texas, in November.
