Jared Polak is the owner of The Growth Coach® in Houston, Texas. He is a dedicated coach that is passionate about helping business owners find a balance between their personal and professional lives. Polak graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. and a B.A. in International Business from the University of Missouri and is an active international philanthropist. He has worked with the Dalit Freedom Network in India, a remote fisherman’s village in Brazil, and the Homeless in Houston, Texas.

The Growth Coach® is a national network of business coaches that provide a program to assist business owners with growing their business and finding a balance in their lives. The coaches utilize a strategic mindset that aims to help clients develop effective behaviors that will provide owners with the ability to work smarter and not harder.

Monthly chapter meetings are usually held on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
